10 When Jesus stood up, he said to her, “Woman, where are they? Has no one condemned you?”
11 “No one, Lord,”[a] she answered.
“Neither do I condemn you,” said Jesus. “Go, and from now on do not sin anymore.” (John 8:10-11 CSB)
Begin your New Year with the knowledge that as a believer you are no longer condemned, but need to move forward without sinning (as much as humanly possible).
Christ did not come to condemn, but to save and we are the recipient of this grace and mercy.
To know that we are free from sin’s slavery and live within the freedom Christ provided can make for a good year indeed.
When we begin to live in this state of freedom and focus upon the life given to us to live in Christ the door is open to so many possibilities.
Life in Christ is not meant to be some boring religious experience but a dynamic life lived open to ever-changing opportunities Christ puts before us.
Make this the year to live fully in Christ freedom, free from sin and dynamic.
