I keep my bible with me most of the time and refer to it often. I also have it on my electronic devices, but having a print bible with me is just more personal. And the messages in the scriptures are personal.

We may feel that the message of the scriptures are broad sweeping and general, but in reality they are quite pointed most of the time. They are a ever-present guide to allow us to better know the mind of God and to provide a guide to us along our path.

Armed with the scriptures you have pretty much what you need to navigate this life. So much so I cannot fathom how to live life now without them.

I am just hopeful that scriptures like today’s become manifest in my life and they do make me wiser. Providing me an ever-present conduit to God’s desire in my life.
