On a daily basis, how diligent are you regarding the return of Christ?

Probably, not a question you consider much. Our diligence on a day to day, moment to moment basis tends to be focused on ourselves, our family and our work. We may give come consideration to Christ if we take time to regularly read scripture. But even then, we tend toward applying specific scripture and not really thinking about Christ return.

As such, we do tend to be asleep when it comes to awaiting Christ return. We are being told in our scripture today that we need to be diligent and vigilant in our watching for Christ return. We should be watching for the signs and birth pains that will foreshadow His return. We need to stay awake and be ready.
