We should check our approval against scripture. Dose what we approve of fall in line with what scripture says?

We make simple value judgements almost daily. Little things that paint a picture for others of exactly what we think and believe in.

However, what if we find that our judgement or decision around a thing causes someone else to stumble in their faith? In this way we are condemning ourselves by what we do.

God forgives us of our sin. However, we must be careful to not go against His will by willfully sinning in a way we know is contrary. This is disobedience and God will correct us.

So as we go about our day we should be checking ourselves to make sure that we are keeping to our faith life. That we are doing what will be deemed right in God’s eyes and not just our own. We do not want to make a brother or sister stumble due to what we do.
