How often do we need to immerse ourselves in scripture?

Often and regularly, because we are wanting to be transformed by the Word.

We are in the world every dan and it, and the enemy, are working to conform us to this age.

Without regular time spent in scripture how can we hop to renew our minds? How can we hope to discern God’s will?

The scriptures are not only markers and signpost for our lives, they are a balm for the soul, and renewal for the mind. They help us know what is good and pleasing to God and in doing so they make us better.

We cannot hope to see change in our lives if we are only taking input from the world around us. It is a rough and difficult place. But God awaits and is a soft and comforting place. A place where we can lay down our burdens and walk away knowing that God will be there for us no matter what.

It is this renewal we should seek daily.
