Each day we are given the opportunity to do good or do ill. To select to work for the good of all, or to only work for our own good.

I had witnessed the impact of doing good and the impact of doing ill. This world is one where both can be evident in our lives each day. And each day gives us the choice of choosing which we will select in any given moment.

If we choose an optimistic viewpoint, everything in life can be seen as an opportunity. Even the difficulties can be seen this way. Each becomes an opportunity to become better, to do better. In this way our focus on life takes a more outward viewpoint.

Each moment of each day we are given more and more opportunities, if we will but look at them in this way. We then have the chance to rise to the occasion instead of shrinking from it.
