1 Are we beginning to commend ourselves again? Or do we need, as some do, letters of recommendation to you, or from you? 2 You yourselves are our letter of recommendation, written on our[a] hearts, to be known and read by all. 3 And you show that you are a letter from Christ delivered by us, written not with ink but with the Spirit of the living God, not on tablets of stone but on tablets of human hearts. You are a letter being written daily by Christ in all you do. Do you realize this?
Our lives are like a blank page. The only words that can be read are on the pages of our yesterdays. What is to come may be there if we follow God’s plan for our lives, but they are not visible until we live that type of life.
Our lives too are a letter other people are reading moment to moment. Either we are fulfilling our eternal destiny and they are reading the love of Christ in our lives or they are reading just another book of the world.
Reread our scripture today and consider how your story has been written and what you need to do to assure that what is written today manifest Christ.
