From this time forth, and even forevermore. (Psalm 121:8 NKJV)

Do you realize that God watches over your comings and goings now and forevermore? That means that God never leaves you, nor forsakes you. He is there morning, noon and night, never departing from your side. Yes, even when you are actively sinning.

God does not do this to keep you under His thumb, but to provide His protective wing over you at all times. It may not feel like He is always there, always watching, but He is. God is omnipresent and omnipotent, all seeing and all powerful. I belabor this point to help you understand that God will always be there no matter what you do. His love is not a byproduct of our actions, it simply is and always will be.

Reflect on: When you are feeling lost and alone, you are truly loved and God’s presence is there, even if you cannot feel Him.
