Yesterday we talked about sound doctrine. But what good is sound doctrine if we nothing with it?

We were built by God to spread the good news. It was not made to be bottled up inside of us, but to be released to the whole of creation. In this way Francis of Assisi even preached to the animals he encountered. Who are we to say he was wrong for doing so based on today’s scripture.

Regardless, the Word and the Message is something we should be spreading in every way we can. Some of that will happen through the love we show. Some of it will happen through the words we speak. Some through our daily actions, responses to situations and bearing up under pain. God will send us divine appointments that we must be continually on the outlook for.
