17 Now the Lord[a] is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom. 18 And we all, with unveiled face, beholding the glory of the Lord,[b] are being transformed into the same image from one degree of glory to another.[c] For this comes from the Lord who is the Spirit. (2 Corinthians 3:17-18 ESV)
As our scripture says, we are being transformed into the image of Christ one degree at a time. Each time we are open to change and this one degree transformation happens the heavens rejoice. Much like when someone is brought to salvation, I believe, the heavens rejoice when our transformation happens from one degree of glory to another.
Thus, the question is, are you changing?
Do you recognize transformation in your life, are you open to manifesting the freedom of the Spirit within you? There are seasons to every life and we must adapt to what the Father is doing within us and where He is leading us. We need only to show obedience and be adaptable. A lack of or resistance to the flexibility and freedom our salvation brought to us will not adapt to each new season in our journey.
Reflect on: Are you changing? Are you improving in degrees?
