Fears are so very common today. Many suffer from anxiety, which is fear run rampant. To those who do have this oh so common malady there is little that can stem the tide when anxiety begins. To be honest, I would go so far to say that fear, depression and anxiety is at epidemic proportions in society today.

To all those who suffer with this, as have I, my heart goes out to you. I understand that there are no words for me to write to make it better.

But know this, it is not a state that comes from God. No, it is purely the enemy working on this earth. Know too that his power is very limited and that sowing discord and a lack of love is his greatest tool. God has total power and authority and what happens is only at His allowance. It is hard to understand why He would allow this, but it is for our betterment.

I know these are only words, but to be complete in love we must teach ourselves not to fear. Fear comes from a lack of faith. I know that sounds harsh, but it is what we need to understand. If our faith were stronger it would displace fear. This can only come from a complete reliance upon God. It can only come from a deep belief that God is for us, no matter what or who is against us.

And if God is for us what can man do to us? Let that alone strengthen you today.
