28 You have revealed the paths of life to me;
you will fill me with gladness

Are you feeling glad this morning?

You woke up to a new day, are you looking forward to what lies ahead. Or are you dreading the next eight, or so hours?

Did God not give you your position?

Dig God not set this day before you?

We should face our day with gladness and ask the Lord to walk beside us so that the path to life might be continually revealed.

Instead, we often go into our days as if trodding through a mire. We take the stance that the day is long and the work is hard. And, of course, because that is our mindset for beginning the day, it worsens throughout the day.

But if we can begin our day bright with Godly insight from the scripture and look forward to walking the paths God put before us our load is lightened, our work easy.

It is all in the approach.
