In so many ways we have forgotten the Golden Rule. We have morphed it into “Do unto others before they do unto you.”and not in a good way.

But this simple rule, followed properly, would absolutely change the face and nature of our world.

Often translated “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you” should be the foundation of not only Christian life but life in general. Yet, our world is a me, me, me kind of place.

A group I am a part of uses this acronym; H.O.P.E – Help One Person Everyday. If we focuse on hope then we are continually bettering the society we are a part of.

Consider the Golden Rule and H.O.P.E. These should be part of our daily commission.
