20 Now to him who is able to do above and beyond all that we ask or think according to the power that works in us— 21 to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus to all generations, forever and ever. Amen. (Ephesians 3:20-21 CSB)
God is able.
Able to do far more, above and beyond, all that we ask or think.
But do we believe this when we are facing difficult or uncertain times? Do we rely upon the power that works in us and give glory in all circumstances?
Probably not. I know I falter here. I start looking for what I am capable of and what I can do to solve my problem. Even when there is littile I can do in my own power, I still try to work my way out of the trouble.
But some problems are bigger than us. Some are so far beyond our control that nothing short of divine intervention will work.
In all thing, not just these grandious issues, we should call upon our God who is able.
God is able to do above and beyond all that we ask or think.
