Think a moment about these two words; Author and Perfecter.

My love of writing comes out of a deep desire to create. Whether it be with words or in what I do in other areas of my life, creativity drives a large part of who I am. However, being human, I rarely create things perfectly. Thus, especially in my writing, I must spend time editing or perfecting what I created.

Once we are born the world immediately began to corrupt us and almost as immediately God begins to work on us. First to bring us to salvation then to spend a lifetime perfecting our fallen state.

He is the author and perfecter of our lives. We would not exist without Him and we can only improve through Him.
