7 I have fought the good fight, I have finished the course, I have kept the faith, (2 Timothy 4:7)
It is not always easy to finish the course. Either our endurance may run out or the course may be more difficult than we first imagined. But there is reward for finishing the course. There is not only a sense of accomplishment there may even be reward.
In our faith course we may find the path increasingly difficult either from internal or external factors. The internal we can work with the Spirit to battle. The external we can pay for God to intercede for us to help ease our efforts.
Regardless, in our faith life there is a great benefit to finishing the course strong. Both for our testimony upon this earth and in regards to the treasures we are laying up for ourselves in heaven.
But to finish the course we must be willing to endure the path…
