10 So I take pleasure in weaknesses, insults, hardships, persecutions, and in difficulties, for the sake of Christ. For when I am weak, then I am strong. (2 Corinthians 12:10 CSB)

Few of us take any pleasure in weakness. We see it as a negative, as something to be ashamed of in many cases.

Yet, weakness can lead us to many revelations. It can help us see that we are not here alone and that when we rely upon others (and especially on God) we are more supported than we ever imagined.

Often God shows us our true strengths through highlighting our weaknesses and it brings out how He is working in our lives.

Better understanding our weakness can also highlight others strengths. We find that those closest to us are often put there to offset our weakness.

Take pleasure in weakness and grow where God has given us strength.
