17 Now I urge you, brothers and sisters, to watch out for those who create divisions and obstacles contrary to the teaching that you learned. Avoid them, (Romans 16:17 CSB)
When we all work coheasively, I think we can agree, we get much more done. Being all on the same page and playing from the same sheet of music we are more effective and stronger.
Yet, there are those who will work only for their own agenda. Those who will create divisions and be contrary. This creates weakness within groups and does not serve the common goals.
Whether in family settings, in corporate teams or in the body of the church, decisiveness is not what we are called to. Especially in the fellowship of believers we must bear everything against what we have learned in scripture or been taught.
