30 When Philip ran up to it, he heard him reading the prophet Isaiah, and said, “Do you understand what you’re reading?”
31 “How can I,” he said, “unless someone guides me?” So he invited Philip to come up and sit with him. (Acts 8:30-31 CSB)
Throughout life we are given many unique situations where we are able to pass along knowledge. Whether it be in a business setting, with our children or with others we meet, the world has need of the wisdom we have gained.
More so do others need to know about what faith looks like. Not just, although it is most important, to come to know Christ. But to understand why we can have such faith in the face of all the world throws at us.
Our lives should display our faith, but as much so our words should enlighten others and provide guidance and wisdom with gentleness and understanding.
