35 “‘For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat; I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink; I was a stranger and you took me in; 36 I was naked and you clothed me; I was sick and you took care of me; I was in prison and you visited me.’ (Matthew 25:35-36 CSB)
It is very easy to live in our own worlds and take a blind eye to the world around us. Not noticing all those who have need. All those who, during a season of happiness and giving, are sad, lost, lonely and without.
Many of us, even when we are having difficult times ourselves, are still blessed with more than do many others. Even in our difficulty, we must take time to reach out to others and seek to provide a need.
If we do not, how can we expect the Father to do the same for us?
