15 Now I want to make clear for you, brothers and sisters, the gospel I preached to you, which you received, on which you have taken your stand 2 and by which you are being saved, if you hold to the message I preached to you—unless you believed in vain. (1 Corinthians 15:1-2 CSB)

When we feel strongly about something we tend to take our stand on what we believe in. At some times getting on our soap boxes to declare to everyone exactly how we feel.

It is good to feel confident enough in what we believe in to take a stand.

However, if we believe in vain and are not truly confident in what we stand for, then it quickly becomes pretty self evident.

The beauty of Christ message is that we can be confident in His message and what He stood for. And as such be confident in our belief.
