Do you ever think you just continually get the short end of the stick? Then, today’s scripture is for you.

Maybe your life is not the best and you are struggling. Today’s scripture can bring you hope. Your struggles are not in vain. Even someone who barely gets by can find an exalted place in heaven. God will not be judging us on how successful we were here on earth. No, He will be looking at the heart and how we have fulfilled His plan for us here. Even if His plan for you is not an exalted one by earthly standards.

Few of us become great preachers. Few of us become great missionaries. Few of us become living saints. But all of us can be the best Christian we can be and do our best for God. Our efforts may not bring great rewards here on earth. I have written for over 25 years, much of that these devotions and other spiritual writings. I have really not earned a dime from my writing, but it is a part of my ministry and I work to fulfill it daily. I believe it is one of the things God gave me to as part of His plan for my life.

Reflect on: The situation you are in, maybe you are not uber successful from a worldly sense, but are you being uber successful for God?
