Think of the things you are greedy with; you time, your talents, your treasure. Mostly we think of greed being a money based thing, but it can reach much further than that. I know that I am most greedy with my time. Part of that is about me getting older and knowing time is more precious now than ever. However. I too know that It relates to a selfish nature and a desire to be alone. This does not foster great relationships and is probably why I have a small group of friends.

I take this harsh look at how I hoard my time because we all tend to hoard something. Think about that thing you are selfish about. You may not have wanted to answer the opening question on greed because we put a negative connotation on that word. However, selfishness is something that we are far more familiar with and, if we are honest, something we each have a bit of.
