37 “Judge not, and you will not be judged; condemn not, and you will not be condemned; forgive, and you will be forgiven; (Luke 6:27 ESV)
How much judging, condemning and forgiving do we do? The world is a place where we will be judged by others. We may be condemned as well depending on how we live and forgiveness can be hard to find.
This is why God tells us in scripture to not do the first two but to constantly do the last. In fact, if we focus upon forgiveness not only will God forgive us, but we will find that life opens up and is so much easier. You see, when we are unforgiving the impact can be far greater than on those we do not forgive. Harboring an unforgiving heart can make a stone of our hearts. While keeping a forgiving nature will soften us to the difficulties others face.
Reflect on: Whether you practice judgement and condemnation or forgiveness.
