Strife between us seems to be a pretty natural state. Not that every relationship we have is contentious but that it seems that much of the world works in a state of conflict.

Some deal with this well and others not so well. We should be the mediator between the strife. Working always to strive for balance and compromise over conflict.

Restoring one another, building each other up, not tearing each other down.
