There are many promises God makes throughout the Bible. But too, scripture speaks to those who believe and are not double minded.

I believe God can go 100% of what he says, but we must have the faith of a mustard seed to move that mountain within us.

The second component of God’s promises is a critical one. God is looking for us to grow our faith from this infinitesimal size to something greater. For us to simply believe that He will act in our best interest even if He does not take our pain from us.

Our God is a god of the impossible and the improbable. His ways are mysterious because He acts on our behalf in ways we could never expect. This because our minds are smaller that mustard seeds most of the time when it comes to spiritual things.

He is simply looking for us to get our mustard seed to sprout.
