10 He has not dealt with us as our sins deserve
or repaid us according to our iniquities. (Psalm 103:10 CSB)

I thank God daily for this scripture and for His great love.

I hazard to think of what our lives might be like if He did deal with us as our sins deserve.

There is comfort in the knowledge that all sins past, present and future have been atoned for. However, this does not give us license to go out and sin willingly.

We must take each thought captive and not walk through temptations door. We must be ever vigilant and looking for the a way out which scripture too tells us God will provide.

Thank you Lord for your saving grace and the way’s you provide to keep us from our basal and sinful nature.

Think today on what life would look like if God repaid us as our sin’s deserved.

Think too on the fact that He does not and that he sent his only son as atonement.
