God in Nature

1 The heavens declare the glory of God,
and the expanse proclaims the work of his hands.
2 Day after day they pour out speech;
night after night they communicate knowledge.[a]
3 There is no speech; there are no words;
their voice is not heard.
4 Their message[b] has gone out to the whole earth,
and their words to the ends of the world.
In the heavens he has pitched a tent for the sun. (Psalm 18:1-4 CSB)

I love being outside. Whether it is sitting in my back yard, or riding one of my bikes, there is nothing like being out in God’s creation.

Being inside or going places inside of a vehicle creates a barrier that mutes the sound and wonder of God. His creation needs to be experienced first hand. And when we do, if we are very quiet and very attentive, we can sense The Maker in everything around us.

This is why I cannot understand how anyone can experience the wonder of the creations around us and not believe. From the beginning of time man has had God’s handiwork around him, speaking the truth of God’s existence through his creation.

Spend a little time outside and try to convince me I am wrong.
