9 For this reason also, since the day we heard this, we haven’t stopped praying for you. We are asking that you may be filled with the knowledge of his will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding,[a] 10 so that you may walk worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing to him: bearing fruit in every good work and growing in the knowledge of God, (Colossians 1:9-10 CSB)

There are many people I pray for and many, I believe, who pray for me. This is good, as I typially can use all I can get.

Thus, if we pray continually and for the right things, wisdom and understanding, it may be that our way will open up. God will provide more insight and guide our path.

I wish to gear fruit in all my works every day for God. Yes, I too would like to succeed, but that is secondary to growing in the knowledge of God and applying that to my life.

As I watch others walk through these uncertain times, many times, the best I can do is lift them up in prayer. In doing so, I too am praying for myelf and my sinful state.
