The mouth can get us into all forms of trouble. Whether it is a careless word or a direct attack, there are all kinds of issues that begin on our lips.

Some times we do not gauge the gap between thought and word, other times we are simply not being careful with what we say in sensitive situations. By guarding what we say we have a chance to practice a humble and caring nature.
