8 The Lord is gracious and compassionate,
slow to anger and rich in love. (Psalm 145:8 NIV)

There is much that can push us to anger. The world is poised to do so very reguarly. It seems tha that people too are quick to confront in anger.

Love covers a multitude of sins (Peter 4:8), and we know that love trumps hate. Luckily, the Lord is slow to anger, giving us ample time to respond to his call.

We too should be slow to anger. I was not always so, but as I have grown older I have  learned the value of peace and the fallacy of anger.
