Discipline

No discipline seems pleasant at the time, but painful. Later on, however, it produces a harvest of righteousness and peace for those who have been trained by it. (Hebrews 12:11 NIV)

Whether we are, in some way, being disciplined or have to practice some form of disclipine (upon ourselves), it is typically not easy. We lament the act but, if we are instructable, tend to be happier when we follow through.

The act of disciplining our lives whether that is for faith based reasons or other is there to produce a positive outcome.

Discipline is a path to better living.
