When we begin something new there is always a sense of excitement, a desire to do our best. But as time drags on what was once fresh and new becomes old and dated. Our excitement wains and we may find what was once new very tedious.

But when we hold firmly to our original drive that we began with and renew our excitement, even tedious task hold our interest.

This is a mindset that we must adopt and refresh daily. In all aspects of our lives a daily renewal and refreshing is needed. As the sun rises each morning we must set our mind to the task of the day. See anew the beauty of our relationships. Appreciate again the value of our career. Work to renew our body through exercise.
