8 I will listen to what God will say;
surely the Lord will declare peace
to his people, his faithful ones,
and not let them go back to foolish ways. (Psalm 85:8 CSB)

God speaks in many ways to each of us individually. Billions of people and God speaks to each one like we were the only one. That is mind boggling.

But we must listen.

And few of us do.

Oh, we hear every other voice around us clamoring for our attention. But within the din God is drown out. So He seeks other ways to reach us. The beauty of this is He keeps reaching out.

The world today is in uproar. We seem more distant from one another than ever before. But we are not taking the opportunity to draw closer to God. The faithful one who can bring us back together again and not let us go back to our foolish ways.
