Think about those you hold in high regard. Most, if not all you will find, are people of integrity. This is just something that comes with living a life of integrity, that people tend to look up to those who do.

And, yes, while integrity is evident in how people act toward one another far more comes from what they do when no one is around.

Furthermore, integrity is within their every act, no matter how small. You can recognize it most in their very words and it is manifest in their actions. It literally permeates every part of their being.

And why? Because they have chosen for integrity to be the hallmark of their lives. When someone has done this they do not have to work outwardly at showing integrity, it flows from their very being.
