I believe I am very teachable. If life is any marker of this I have learned a wide array of things during my time here. However, in many cases, I feel like my knowledge is a mile wide and an inch deep.

When it comes to scripture I learn something new every day. The Spirit is there to open the scripture to me and it is amazing how He will teach me something new from what I have read many times.

This is the way of scripture. It teaches us different things at different times depending upon where we are in life. Scripture comes to meet us where we are and beckons us to make a shift in our lives to where it is leading us.

Without this shift we continue along a mile wide and an inch deep. Scripture draws us deeper to a closer relationship with God.
