Some periods in life feel like they drag on forever.

Others are fleeting and move by quickly.

In truth our time here is very short. We are given much responsibility and only a short while to fulfill our God given plan in life. Even if we do not pursue God’s plan for our lives we find that time slips quickly through our fingers.

Thus our true legacy resides in what we leave behind. In what we imparted to our families, friends and those God puts in our path. This is where we see the true significance in life. It is not in success but in the legacy we leave behind. Especially when that legacy points others to God.
