16 And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another Counselor[a] to be with you forever. (John 14:16 CSB)

It would be nice to have someone on hand at all times to provide us insight. To help us make critical decisions. Someone closer than a parent or a partner. Someone who could counsel us and direct us in every facet of life.

Well, we are given that when we come to Christ. We are given the Spirit to live within and to help us along this journey called life.

If we will but accept his counsel and guidance.
