Philippians 4:11-13 Christian Standard Bible (CSB)

11 I don’t say this out of need, for I have learned to be content in whatever circumstances I find myself.

13 I am able to do all things through him[a] who strengthens me. (Philippians 4:11,13 CSB)

I do not find a lot of people who are content in all things of their lives. We tend to be less than content is some or many areas fo our lives. We are not necessarily in need, but we are often in want.

Be it something new or some change in ourselves or our circumstances, humans tend to live life always wanting more.

However, it is only when we find that “I am able to do ALL things” through Christ who strengthens me we find contentment. We learn that what we have, where we are, is enough.
