7 For none of us lives for himself, and no one dies for himself. 8 If we live, we live for the Lord; and if we die, we die for the Lord. Therefore, whether we live or die, we belong to the Lord. (Romans 14:7-8 CSB)

Many of us live for the weekend. We may live for our families or our jobs or the things we do as hobbies. More often than not we work for what ever we live for. Our work lives fund what we truly live for. Yet all of this is temporal, it is all for this breath of a moment we call life.

Once that is over, what we have lived for will determine how we live out eternity.
