Compassion

33 But a Samaritan, as he traveled, came where the man was; and when he saw him, he took pity on him. 34 He went to him and bandaged his wounds, pouring on oil and wine. Then he put the man on his own donkey, brought him to an inn and took care of him. (Luke 10:33-34 NIV)

Each day provides chances for us to show compassion for others. However, if we are too busy to slow down and look toward the needs of others we will miss our chance.

The Good Samaritan took time out of his day and money out of his pocket to help another. While others passed by, he showed compassion and love for his fellow man.

Love covers a multitude of sin.
