As I was getting coffee this morning and complaining about it being Monday, I was reminded by my barista that “We should not dread the day.” What great advice.

Having nothing to truly complain about we often let ourselves commiserate with others, as misery loves company. But I am not misiserable. Not in any way, I am just facing a new week and I need to do so with love and faithfulness.

I am glad for the simple reminders God places in my path.
