14 Do everything without grumbling or arguing, 15 so that you may become blameless and pure, “children of God without fault in a warped and crooked generation.”[a] Then you will shine among them like stars in the sky. (Philippians 2:14-15 NIV)
It is not always easy to do what is set before us without any grumbling. Often times arguing feels like our only recourse. However, this is not what we are called to do. Not how we are called to act.
If we first work from a place of love these feelings pass away. We become light to others, shining upon them instead of adding to the darkness around us.
There are an abundance of things not to like. But our response to these stimuli is what sets us apart.
