We all recognize the value of having discipline in our lives. However, how often we allow ourselves to just live on autopilot. We do not employ any discipline to move toward a goal, we simply exist.

This may be ok for a while, but should not be a recipe for life. Instilling some level of discipline in our lives gives us power over our lives.
