I8 Then I heard the voice of the Lord saying, “Whom shall I send? And who will go for us?” And I said, “Here am I. Send me!” (Isaiah 6:8 NIV)
We are keen to go where we want to go, but not as keen typically on going where others want us to go. When we answer God’s call, he will invariably send us somewhere. This may not mean a lengthy travel but may just be to uncomfortable places and situations around us. This is both to mature us and to build our spiritual character.
But we must be willing to be sent. Even when where we are sent may take us clearly out of our comfort zone.
