The mouth speaks what the heart is full of.

Over the years I have worked very hard to be softer in how I spoke. Giving ear to others thoughts first and interjecting my thoughts only after considering others. I am still a work in progress, but I strive daily.

Furthermore, I strive to keep my conversation light and a smile on my face when interacting with others. I grew up with the saying, “you catch more flies with honey than vinegar.” There is a lot of wisdom here.

Thus, I try to store up in my heart good things.
