Walk with the Wise

Walk with the wise and become wise,
for a companion of fools suffers harm. (Proverbs 13:20 NIV)

Walk with the wise and become wise.

Seems pretty simple, and luckily I would bet that we can mostly confirm that this is what we strive to do. Few of us go looking for the foolish to be companions with. But at times this companionship can be forced on us by circumstance.

Thus, we have to be the wise others walk with, doing so in humbleness and compassion. Not allowing others to influence us, but being the positive influence and the wise counsel for unlikely companions.
