There is much in this life that demands our attenion. There is much that we each may have to boast about in life. There is much in life that will distract us from the important.

We tend to focus on the imminent to the exclusion of the important.

However, there is but one thread that weaves through all we encounter on a daily basis. That is the cross and what is symbolizes in our lives. Thus, if there is anything we should boast about, that should permeate the world around us it is this, the Lord Jesus Christ.
