Unsearchable Things

‘Call to me and I will answer you and tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know.’ (Jeremiah 33:3 NIV)

How do we seek wisdom? Are we voratious readers? Do we search great mysteries? Do we seek wise counsel? Or do we simply listen?

Listening is the greatest of skills, but it is one that cannot be practiced if we are speaking. Calling upon others for wisdom and then waiting expectatly upon the answer is the beginning of wisdom.

I have always been facinated by how many unsearchable things are presented to me if I am diligent to listen.
