Let Go

4 Even when I go through the darkest valley,[a]
I fear no danger,
for you are with me;
your rod and your staff—they comfort me. (Psalm 23:4 CSB)

We often hold too tightly to life. We have troubles and we grip so tightly, yet we feel it all slipping away. We can seemingly find no comfort in difficult times.

An old saying is; “It is always darkest at the foot of a lighthouse.”

When all seems lost and we can find no way forward our best bet is to just let go. By letting go we open up the way for God to work and we are not working against him as we tend to do so often in difficult times.

Just let go.
